The Liberty Clinic accepts more than 3,000 forms of insurance, including most major health plans. However, we recommend that you check with your insurance carrier to verify that we are a provider on your particular plan and that one of our physicians is a primary-care provider.

Payment of co-pays is required at the time of your appointment. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash or check.
